What we collect
Reach out about a move — call (888) 278-9005 or fill in the form on this site — and we note your contact details, the date you have in mind, and the two addresses we’d be moving between. Standard web analytics also records ordinary technical bits like your IP address and which browser you used.
Why we hold it
That information lets us quote the job, keep your slot on the calendar and check in once you’re settled. Analytics we only ever read as whole-site totals to see what’s working — we’re not tracking you as an individual.
Who can see your file
- Our office staff and the crew assigned to your move
- A short list of service providers behind our scheduling and analytics tools
- For out-of-state moves, the federal filings the law requires — and nowhere else
Your details are never sold or rented. We keep the file only as long as the job and the bookkeeping rules call for, and a quick call lets you review, correct or delete what we hold. Questions on any of this? Bridget in the office will talk you through it.
